Article 3 – Scope and Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Vetrin and to every distance contract concluded between Vetrin and the Consumer.

Article 4 – Offers

All offers displayed on the website are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

If an offer is subject to a specific validity period, this will be clearly stated on the website.

Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is concluded when the Consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the applicable conditions for payment.

After placing an order, the Consumer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of the purchase.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

The Consumer may be asked to provide a reason for withdrawal, but this is not mandatory.

Article 7 – Costs of Withdrawal

If the Consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If payment has already been made, Vetrin will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Vetrin reserves the right to change prices at any time before the contract is concluded.

For deliveries outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the Consumer.

Article 9 – Conformity and Warranty

Products supplied by Vetrin are expected to meet reasonable standards of quality, functionality, and reliability.

If a product is defective or not as described, the Consumer must notify Vetrin within 7 days of receipt.

Article 10 – Delivery and Execution

Vetrin exercises the utmost care when processing and shipping product orders.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and logistics conditions.

Any delays caused by customs or third-party carriers are outside Vetrin’s responsibility.

Article 11 – Duration, Termination, and Renewal

Consumers may terminate ongoing service contracts or subscriptions (if applicable) at any time, in accordance with the termination terms specified at purchase.

Article 12 – Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout through the available payment methods.

All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

Article 13 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints regarding the execution of the contract must be submitted in writing to support@vetrin.co within 7 days of discovering the issue.

Vetrin aims to respond to all complaints within 5 business days.

Vetrin reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies without prior notice.

In the event of a pricing error, Vetrin is not obliged to deliver products at an incorrect price.
