Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
However, if there’s an error with your shipping address or order quantity, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best to assist you if the order hasn’t yet been processed.
Once an order has been shipped for processing, no modifications or cancellations can be made.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that Vetrin does not cover return shipping costs.
If your return is accepted, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees from the order are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges or replacements may vary.
Incorrect Address Policy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
- Vetrin is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If multiple delivery attempts fail, the order may need to be collected from the local courier office.
Failure to pick up the package within the given time frame will result in the order being marked as abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

We’re sorry, but we cannot offer refunds or returns if you experience a skin reaction or allergic response after using our products.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged — no exceptions.
